City of Cupertino issued the following announcement on Jan. 7
Kay Knapp, former City Manager Dave Knapp's widow, has passed away. No memorial services are planned at this time.
Dave Knapp was the City of Cupertino's city manager from 2000 to 2012. He passed away in June 2019.
