Santa Clara issued the following announcement on Nov. 19
The Santa Clara Cultural Commission is excited to announce the return of the Holiday Home Decorating Contest! Santa Clara residents are encouraged to participate in the contest by decorating their front yards, or exterior of apartment, condominium, house and townhouse for the holidays. Entries will be accepted online between November 30 – December 21.
